As former School Board members, parents, and grandparents, our team understands firsthand the challenges faced by families, schools, and communities.

Because of this understanding, the C4 Team was created to offer consulting services specifically for School Boards across the country. We specialize in building dynamic teams of professionals from diverse fields to help school districts implement effective policies, messaging strategies, and governance models that reflect the values of the communities they serve.

RATIONALE
Too often, School Boards are advised to hire expensive public relations or communications officers whose messaging favors administrative goals over community values. This can result in a loss of trust, lack of transparency, and frustration from families and stakeholders.
That’s where the C4 Team comes in. We operate from a “Students First” philosophy—prioritizing academic success and student safety while helping School Board members communicate clearly and effectively with their communities.

The C4 Team is made up of experienced professionals with over 25 years in communications, policy, and education leadership. We are more than consultants—we are active contributors in our fields and communities.

Boards of education should be the accountability, transparency and communications agents in their community. In their service to the community, a board of education must stay in constant communication with as many community members as they can. Most districts already have PR personnel. Those personnel are typically responsible for communications between the district and the community. Boards of education are often left out of those communications. The C4 Team is uniquely experienced at communications between the board and the community they serve. Board-community relations through continuous communications are required to maintain a great school. Our mission is to be the co-pilot to gaining the support for your community through meaningful, frequent and continuous board to community communications.
